How long does it take to heat a 5,000-gallon pool?

We recommend continuous operation for 16–24 hours, especially for the first use, to achieve an ideal temperature. This heat pump is highly energy-efficient, so you don’t need to worry about high electricity costs.

Why does the E03 error code appear?

E03 is a self-protection alert for insufficient water flow through the heat pump, which will not damage the unit. You can resolve the error simply by adjusting the flow rate of your water pump.

Is it suitable for saltwater pools and plug-and-play use?

Yes. It adopts a titanium heat exchanger with strong corrosion resistance, fully compatible with saltwater pools. It is equipped with a standard 115V GFCI plug for direct plug-and-play use.

Is it normal for condensate water to drain from the bottom of the heat pump?

Condensate is generated during heat exchange and defrosting, and the unit has a dedicated drain hole at the bottom for safe water discharge. This is a regular operating phenomenon and will not affect unit performance.
